Please don't just likeabove link --But Share this, Talk About this, BBM this, Whatsapp Forward, Read about Rambo and help him. I think if 12000 people put their minds together we can find 1 place for him no ?
Yes friends, this is a story of- Rambo, a true soldier !

Rambo has his last 7 days of a chance at a foster home, we have tried everything we can to find him a home but nothing has worked out. Sadly he will be relased back on the street or put in a shelter much against our wiishes but for a lack of a better place.
This is a desperate plea for help if anyone can please do, 9820191321

My name is Ruchi Nadkarni and I run an animal welfare organization call ‘World for All Animal Care and Adoptions’ I am 24 years old and my organization ins 3 years old. I have been into animal welfare since I was 16.

This is the story or ...Rambo.

Rambo caught my eye the very first time I moved into this building complex. He had something strong and overpowering about his presence, with intense affection and expressions of happiness all together.

He would wait for me to come home, and if it was very late at night he would walk me from the rickshaw to the gate also. Unknowingly this street dog had created intense love in my heart for him and I always belived nothing would happen to him until January 30th 2012, when I found him motionless at my gate.

He was awake and I thought that he may be very sick and weak so with a veterinarians advise I administered glucose to him and some tonics. When he showed no improvement the next day I rushed him to the Vet.

He was paralysed from the neck down and his body was limp as a noodle.

After reaching there it was diagnosed to be a possible spinal injury or nervous system disorder.

He was then shown to a Neurologist who confirmed him with a 90 % assuarance of having the dumb form of rabies.

After this diagnosis no doctor wanted to touch this case and I was told to carry on at my own risk. After being immunized for the disease I continued feeding him and changing him for the lack of a better line of treatment. He was kept in a cage to avoid pain due to any kind of movement.

After 4 days of surviving I knew he didn’t have rabies for sure.

After obtaining permission from a rather co-operative building society Joy Valencia in Jogeshwari E, with sensitive society members I started nursing him in the premises of the building itself.

With another doctor’s consult Rambo was believed to have a possible spinal injury which could not be confirmed in an Xray and we were still floating with his diagnosis.

He was prescribed with steroids and other antibiotics.

After 10 days of no improvement in his condition I began to lose hope.

He would howl every 4 hours when I would have to run down and pacify him along with changing him and feeding him. He had to be fully covered in bedsheets and blankets as it was brutally cold in the nights.

He could not pass stools on his own which required a forced enema to be performed every other day which was immensely painful for him. But the sign of pain told me that he atleast had some sensation.

On the 12th day, he started being able to hold his head up, I knew this was progress and despite the advise of 6 doctors I did not put him down. Something in his eyes told me that he was not ready to give up just yet.

Meanwhile I started turning to every kind of treatment and help possible, I started having him listen to soothing music to make him feel better, in addition to requesting thousands of prayers across facebook for him in churches temples and mosques.

I also called upon a reiki expert and he received reiki throughout. He was given infrared radiations and massages by me everyday.

On day 14 Rambo was taken to a vet by me to administer a treatment known as Faradic currents to stimulate his nerves.

On consulting with yet another doctor, I was told that he might have a brain tumor or brain trauma.

He needed to be tended to every 4 hours, when he was fed medicated and changed.

Many volunteers from the facebook from the facebook group of World for All were following his progress and prayed for him, many also came and visited him from time to time to give him encouragement.

On day 16th Rambo started moving his back legs slightly, which was slow but steady progress. He still could not pass stools on his own.

I turned to Alternative treatments like Bach Flower therapy, Homeopathy and Music inorder to heal him of his emotional trauma and give him hope in the process. I constantly told him that he was loved and that he would make it and this was only a small test which he had to pass, while in my mind believing that it was a test for me too and praying everyday to have the strength to face this.

Rambo started crawling on Day 20, but he still had very limited sensation in his front paws and mainly pushed himself forward with his back paws.

This is when I realized that he needed full time attention , So I moved out of my house with Rambo into a friends apartment and started nursing him 24 hours.

This intense treatment of every form led to Rambo taking his first steps and being able to stand on the 26th Day and walking towards me.

I had tears in my eyes and finally believed that both our tests were over. Today he is under intense physiotherapy , and is never going back to the streets again.

I am looking for a forever home for Rambo that will love him just as I have for the rest of his life. Rambo seeks a loving home today and deserves one after the fight that he put up to survive everyday.

Urgent help needed for pups to save their lives

Kindly see pictures, and see the condition of puppy died in construction site crushed by trucks which comes to supply cements for construction.

These puppies were up for adoption when they were fifteen days old, but we couldnt find any positive response from the people. We just started feeding them whatever possible. As there were three female dogs, who have given birth at same site area. But this female who was scared to humans. We tried a lot to make her friendly but she was too scared but she was not on fault because people thrown her out with her six little puppies ( ten days old) from the school compound.

Here are the pictures of puppy out of six crushed by the truck badly two days back, and also we found one puppy 's dead body near the marriage hall compound.

Same way we found four puppies dead out of six, now only two left behind in such poor and pitiable condition .Watchmen of nearest buildings are threatening them with sticks when they try to get in for search of food and water as in these construction site where they are surviving is, no food no water.

Both puppies were hidden on a 12th floor of one tower. We have just rescued them. They were so much scared and since last two-three days they were hungry. They are vomiting and are in a bad condition.

We are not sure how long these two will survive more as we request to come forward and help us for two little puppies. We want to shift them at a  safer place.

Here trucks are coming every hour to load the construction material, its hard to say they might come under trucks as this white puppy died.

We need urgent help to save these little angels. Please come forward and give your kind support by -

How to Treat a Canine's Wound
Canine wound needs to be treated efficiently. It does not turn into an infection and worsen. Treating canine wounds may not be that easy, as the it may not allow touching the wound. So you will need to tie the canine by a leash and muzzle it. Clean the wound with clean running water, don't use antiseptics at that time as it is wet so might cause pain. So first dry the wound using cotton, then apply an antiseptic cream and put on a bandage. Be careful about the canine it does not lick or bite around the wound, this can cause an infection. For deeper wounds, get the wound checked immediately and treated by a veterinarian.

How to Treat a Canine's Sprained Leg
To treat a canine's sprained or broken leg, very first thing, minimize your canine's walking activity. Immediate veterinary consultation is advised. Do not try to treat it on your own, as you can damage the sprain further.Canine sprains just like human ones. Canine owners should notice the injury when their it begins to limp or appears to be pained by walking. If there have doubt that canine has a sprain, get him to a vet to rule out something more serious. It should be checked out by a vet.
After the veterinarian has checked canine and has allowed it to get back home, you should make sure the canine takes complete rest and if possible should be kept in a crate. Take it frequently to the veterinarian until the sprain or broken leg heals completely and administer the medicine as and when prescribed. It is very important to make sure that the canine does not put any weight on the sprained /broken leg.
Remember, delaying treatment may cause injury to worsen. This may cause injury to worsen so seeking care early is important.
How to Treat a Canine's Upset Stomach
If Canine is overfeeded accidentally, it can result in an upset stomach for him. Also, canines are known to eat stuff they are unfamiliar with. To treat a canine's upset stomach, need to first ensure that the situation is not a serious one. For mild stomach upsets, it may need to starve the dog for 24hours. This is first natural cure.
Normally canines will eat grass to cleanse out their system. This is the natural method for curing canine's upset stomach. If the stomach is even a little better, it can introduce bland food like steamed chicken with rice ( quantity should be 50% from normal feeding). Pure clean and freshwater needs to be givin all the time. If the symptoms persist for more than the stipulated time, consult a veterinarian immediately before proceeding with any treatments.

How to Treat a Dog's Ear Infection

How to Treat a Canine With Fever
Fever in a canine is typically a sign that the body is fighting infection. You may tell whether your canine has a fever by feeling his nose hot and dry. Cool and wet nose is good. But it is not that simple. Some times canine fever often goes unrecognized.
The most accurate way to detect a fever is by taking canine's rectal temperature. A normal temperature for a canine is 100.5 to 102.5 degrees Fahrenheit. Now, if you are taking canine's temperature with a mercury thermometer, shake the mercury down. While using an electronic thermometer, it should be ready to go with either thermometer, you will need to lubricate the tip with either a jelly or an oil such as almond or olive oil. Lift canine's tail gently to insert the lubricated end of the thermometer right inside of his rectum. Don't push the thermometer too far. It may hurt/cause injury. Mercury thermometer will need to leave three to four minutes before reading and for digital, hear the beep before removing it.
If canine's temperature is above 103 degree, do not give him any human medicine. Above 105 degree fever can be fatal for canine. Remember, Canine is not a human. Human drugs can be dangerous to canine. You are not a vet. So you need to take him to the veterinary doctor immediately. Canine Parvovirus is the most common serious infectious disease. Parvo causes ulcreative enteritis and diarrhea. This diarrhea can be bloody and life threatening. Early in the disease canine may run a short period of fever. The most common form of Parvovirus infection is a acute inflammation of the small intestine. This is characterized by vomiting, diarrhea, profound dehydration and depression.True diagnosis requires an antibody test that detects the actual parvovirus in stool samples. Survival ratesdepends on how quickly parvovirus is diagnosed, even the age of canine and how aggresive the treatment is. Due to the severe dehydration and damage of intestines, treatment usually involves hospitalization. It ideally consists of crystalloid IV fluids and may collorids, antinausea injections. IV fluids should be administered and injections should given subcutaneously or intravenously. The fluids are typically a mix of a sterile and balanced electrolyte solution. A solution called colloidal silver is especially useful in treating parvo.Once canine keeps fluid down, the IV fluids are gradually discontinued and compeletly bland food slowly introduced. Oral antibiotics should administered for a number of days depending on the white blood cell count and the canine's ability to fight with secondary infection.
Remember, the virus lives for long periods of time on food containers, floors and household objects. Treating a canine with parvo would involve confining it to a separate room, away from other canines and children. Make sure the canine has everything it requires around the crate. Administer the prescribed dosage of medications regularly.Take good care of the canine. Parvo can be prevented with the administration of yearly vaccinations and preventing it is essential.
